CAPÃOBIOGRAPHYFrom an early age, Capão discovered his passion and talent for music, especially trap. It all started one night when he and his friends decided to have a rap battle, and as he recalls, he realized “he had a knack for rhyming.” Driven by this discovery, he began exploring the genre, immersing himself in the music of Teto, a Brazilian rapper who influenced him and fueled his love for trap.
Determined to make music his life, Capão dedicated countless hours to perfecting his skills as a rapper and artist. This hard work led to the release of his first track, “Lágrimas,” in January 2023, marking the beginning of his promising journey. Committed to improving his craft, he followed up with “Vida Controversa” and soon after released “Sopro.” By August, another track had dropped—this time, making a bigger impact than his previous releases. His single “Série” reached 7,000 streams on Spotify, becoming his most successful track to date. Capão closed the year with his debut EP, Dupla Personalidade, an intimate and deeply personal project. In 2024, he continued his momentum with the release of “Bruxo” and “Blackjack” before taking the stage at Beat Fest in August, opening for Dillaz and Mizzy Miles. He wrapped up the year with the release of CORRE&SACA, accompanied by a music video. The boy who once dreamed of being a cyclist traded that goal for music, relentlessly pursuing perfection in what he loves most—rhyming. |
